Services
Included: bed and breakfast, daily cleaning, linen change every two nights, heating/air conditioning, Wi-F network.
On request: early check-in/late check-out, luggage storage, guides, maps and brochures about the city; reservation for taxi, restaurant, events and shows tickets; printing and fax service
Extra: Pick up service from/to airport, port, railway station (fare 15 €, 2 pers + luggage; 4 people max.). Parking permit for multistorey parking (daily fee 5 €).
Make a Reservation
As guarantee, will be required the following details:
- Number and expiration date of a credit card
- Your mobile phone number, which contact you if necessary
- The estimated arrival time at Residenza Kastrum
Cancellation policy (cancellation charge for one night / two night stay or more)
- Cancellation within seven (7) days from the day of arrival: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation within tree (3) days from the day of arrival: charge equal to half the cost of one night's stay / charge equal to the cost of one night's stay
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: charge the cost of one night's stay / charge equal to half the total cost of living
Nota bene
Provide the information requested the reservation will be considered validand, simultaneously, the cancellation policy terms accepted.
The reservation is valid only and exclusively if you received our e-mail with subject "Confirmed reservation".
E-mail to request availability or any other communications between the parties will not be accepted for the reservation.
